A: At Stams Transmissions we do not charge to perform a prelmininary check and electronic diagnostic report.
Q: How long will it take to fix my vehicle?
A: If the transmission does not need removal, repairs can be performed in 1 day, should the transmission have to be removed to perform internal repairs then it normally takes 2-3 days and Stan’s Transmission would be more than happy to arrange a courtsey car at no charge.
Q: What do I do if my vehicle is broken down and I can’t drive it?
A: Call us 604 873 6361 if you are broken down or if you are hesitant about driving and we will arrange a towing service to pickup your car.
Q: What kind of warranty will I get with my repair?
A: A traditonal warranty is 12 months or 20,000 kms whichever occurs first. you can always choose to extend to 2 or 3 years.
